QGUAR WMS WAREHOUSE AUTOMATION
International Confectionery Corporation ROSHEN

ROSHEN's product range exceeds 320 items. The total production volume is 450 thousand tons per year.

More than 32 thousand square meters of the class A distribution center is equipped with modern eight-level narrow-aisle racking structures with 62832 pallet spaces and is divided into two zones: the technological zone and the storage zone. There is also a customs zone on the territory of the DC. The complex is equipped with two types of loading and unloading docks - for rail and road transport, and is managed by a modern system for warehouse logistics automation Qguar WMS Pro.

The introduction of the Qguar WMS Pro system was primarily due to the high quality standards set by ROSHEN Corporation for both finished products and raw materials for production. Adherence to the FEFO principle (first in, first out), temperature conditions and speed of processing applications are the key to the high quality of the corporation's products. The Qguar WMS Pro system allowed us to solve the company's current tasks:

  • Implementation of FIFO, FEFO principles in automatic mode
  • Automation of processes for accounting for the acceptance, storage, picking and shipment of finished products, raw materials and confectionery materials with various types of packaging structures.
  • Receive information on the exact status of balances in real time.
  • Timely fulfillment of orders in compliance with individual requirements.
  • Accounting for the work of each RC employee.
  • Optimization of equipment runs and movements of pickers.
  • Maintaining batch accounting.
  • Registration of all warehouse operations.
  • Reduction of inventory time.
  • Remote operational control.
  • Ensuring uninterrupted operation.
  • Availability of information necessary to analyze the efficiency of the warehouse as a whole and each category of employees separately.

Investments in technological innovations, new recipes, quality control and product safety make ROSHEN products perfect from the point of view of consumers.
