Functional features of the warehouse automation project for a distribution company:

- The system uses the heavy/light principle at the collection points. Employees assigned to these locations are not given orders by the system to collect items with significant volume and weight parameters.

- Implemented the function of controlling the collected order for TSD.

- The goods collected for shipment are accumulated at static route locations - without having information about the vehicle, orders are formed in the direction of delivery (Stryi, Radekhiv, etc.). If a route has a small number of orders, it can be merged with another delivery route. When the actual delivery routes are known, re-sorting takes place, allowing small orders to be grouped together or too large orders to be split. Such measures allow you to take the entire group of orders to the loading dock.

- Automated procedure for returning goods of good quality. If the goods were returned not due to the loss of their quality characteristics, the system will place them according to the batch number from which they were selected.

- The goods are collected not only for delivery by our own transport, but also for pickup by customers, regardless of the order volume. The system recognizes bulk orders and ships full pallets for them from the storage locations.

- The limited warehouse area required static tie-downs for storing goods and forming transit picking points. This now allows us to supply the quantity of goods required for planning and quickly send them for shipment, preventing the aisles from being overstocked.

- Depending on the number of approaches to the collection point, the system automatically creates a task for the inventory of this place.
